Events are based on a 10-hour venue access period, wedding celebrations have a 12-hour access period. Events include 6 hours of event time, including one hour for a ceremony and 5 hours of reception time. Events must conclude by midnight, with vendor strike and equipment removal by 1:00am. Additional time will be billed at $500/hour, not pro-rated and required to be arranged in advance. Caterers are responsible for set-up and strike of all tables and chairs. Caterer is also responsible for removing all trash from premises at the conclusion of the event.
